Cutting a MDF clock cog on a cnc router
Aluminum cutting with 1/8 2 flute endmill using vacuum table and one strip of double sided tape. Bridges were used with Visualmill 6/VisualCam1.0. (Beta Version) soon to ne released. The feed rate was 7-10 inches per minute. The aluminum did not require collant or misting for this project. A HAS presision spindle was used with ER25 collet.

Cutting 3/4″ black high density polyethylene plastic parts, full 30 minute long nest. Drilling holes, pockets, and cutout tool paths with a solid carbide o-flute briefly shown here. Mach3, vcarve pro and a joe 06 cnc router.
